Oh how I really enjoyed this little film. It wasn’t riveting in the least. But I loved how Emilio Estevez pulled together so many talented actors into a film that showcased what they can do–so well.

In any event, I have one major complaint: the film was wayyyy too

short. With so many multiple storylines going down at the same time, it would have been better to take more time in delving into how Bobby Kennedy’s assassination really affected the movie’s players.

For instance, Nick Cannon plays a campaign worker. After the shooting, he is shown throwing a chair.

      ...

      • His character is based on a real person who did the same thing upon finding out about Bobby Kennedy’s death. But it was difficult to relate to the pain that this guy was supposed to be feeling.

This is perhaps because Nick Cannon doesn’t play serious roles very well.

        So the scene felt melodramatic.

Ironically, I actually loved Lindsay Lohan’s storyline. She did extremely well.

It was hard to imagine that she’s such a tart outside of filmmaking. In any case, this was a very well-thought out film.

I just wished there was more of it.
