Ok, the first A Nightmare on Elm Street was an interesting movie with an interesting premise. Never seen the second so I can’t comment on it, but the third one is just, well, silly.

      The plot is essentially

the same, except now there are more kids involved.

And this time they have the ability to all band together in a single dream to combat Freddy.

My favorite is the one who can turn into the ...

      • Wizard Master, a la Dungeons & Dragons (or something).

He gets killed pretty fast, though.

One surprise in the movie was the death of the heroine, Nancy.

She stuck around from the 1st movie, and I was

surprised to see that they would actually kill her off.

It wasn’t particularly exciting, however, and it didn’t really make much of a difference one way or the other.

Not the worst movie I’ve ever seen, but not the greatest, either.
