  • This song also talks about how this guy is drunk and is trying to explain how this person should just go fix their own problems because he tried to help the best he could

Scars by papa roach is a song I absolutely love because it describes how much a person can care for another person so much they are willing to be hurt just

The sincerity and struggle is obvious in the delivery of the vocals and the lyrics. Complicated feelings based in relationship and life are themes that, for me, take on an imagery that I’ve found hard to find elsewhere. The mood is upbeat but tradgic and the sound appeals to my masculine and feminine side, as well, appetizing a need for relationship rebellion.

I absolutely love this song The song addresses strains in a relationship caused by emotional instability and alcohol use. The woman in the relationship was unable to keep her drinking problem under control and even though he tried to help her, she was too toxic of a person and he wanted to move on from the relationship before she dragged him down as well.

I would not say that the song talks about relationship rebellion - It’s about abandoning a toxic relationship before getting too hurt and overwhelmed by the other person’s problems - in the case of this song, that problem is alcoholism and childish behavior due to being drunk.
