So the White House released this 35 page pamphlet, and expects people to suddenly understand exactly what is going on in Iraq and be all like “We’re sorry we were mad at you, Bush. All is forgiven.

We know you have a plan for victory.

      ” Except he

      doesn’t.

Basically the Bush administration’s line is “keep doing what we’re doing and hope something happens.

” And their definition of victory is just about as vague as it can be.

Bush has no idea what clear cut goals means.

The rest of the document isn’t so ...

      • much a strategy as it is a lesson in war apologetics.

Bush is trying to convince people all over again that the war is necessary, but nobody is buying it anymore.

Why should we? He lied to us once, he’ll lie to us again.

        Instead

he has given us a document saying “keep on doing whatever it is that we’re doing, and pull out whenever we decide we feel like it.

” Sorry, Bush, it doesn’t work for But at least it is something.

He get’s a 2 for showing a little bit of effort.
