      Ingredients: 10 pieces - skinless,boneless fish (Salmon, Tilapia) 1 small onion finely chopped 2 small tomatoes 5-6 garlic cloves 1 can - Coconut Milk 1 teaspoon - Red chillie powder 1 teaspoon - Turmeric powder

      /> Salt to taste 1 teaspoon - Mustard seeds 2 stems - curry leaves 2 - green chillies 2 tbsp of oil Cilantro to garnish

      Method: Wash and clean Fish and put a little salt, turmeric powder.


      • Make Paste of garlic, tomatoes,green chillies.

        Take a pan and put oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves let it splutter.

        Add the onions and saute it until light brown.

        Add the mixture of tomatoes

        and saute it until the tomatoes are cooked.

        Add the can of Coconut milk and let it boil.

        Add red chillie powder and a little salt(since you have already seasoned the fish) The Add the fish to the gravy and simmer until the fish is cooked.

        Garnish with cilantro and Serve with hot white rice.
