Cedar Valley Campground is located on highway 70 in Spencer County, Indiana. It is a small simple campground.

It does not offer much in the way of amenities but it does offer a lot of peace and quite.

It is located about 25 miles from Holiday

      World Splash & Safari Park.

Cedar Valley is a mom and pop run campground.

They have pit toilets with water and electric for you to hook up a travel trailer, motor home or even for tent camping.

The thing most surprising to me was that it was ...

      • only ten dollars a night.

When we went at the end of August there was no one else camping there the whole weekend, so it was exceptionally peaceful and quite.

We had plenty of shade and camped in a large grassy field.

        In July they have

a big blue grass festival and are quite packed but the rest of the year it is quite.

They are located within thirty miles of Lincoln’s boyhood memorial and several national forest parks so you do have far to go if you want to fish or hike.
