      Ingredients: Spring onions 4 bunches Potatoes - 3 Tomatoes - 3 Onion - 1 Green chillies - 6 Curry leaves Oil Salt Turmeric -

      1/4 spoon Coriander leaves - 1 bunch Garam masala powder - 2 tea spoons.

      Method: Cut onion into small pieces.

      Heat oil in a pan and add onion pieces, slit green chillies, and curry leaves.

      Fry them until they turn red.

      fry for 5 minutes.

      Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces and add them.

      Add salt and turmeric.

      Then add finely chopped tomatoes.

      Add some water and cook till done.

      Finally add chopped coriander leaves and sprinkle garam masala powder.

      This goes well with dosas (pan cakes) and rotis.

      This is one of my favourite dishes.
