Guadalupe River is famous river in Texas for vacationers to go tubing, boating, swimming, and kayaking. This location is a popular tourist location mainly due to Texas’ hot temperature with the cool breeze of the river and its waves.

      I found it

very nice in the water because the current took me away. At first it was going slow, then gradually it went faster and faster. The trail usually lasts about 2-3 hours and it’s a great place to go with friends.

I highly suggest that everyone should get the tube with a bottom because often times you can get hurt by rocks hitting your butt. Also be prepared to lose your friends if you are going in a huge group. My friends got stuck ...

      in trees and rocks often.

Another thing is, if you are bringing beer, don’t bring glass bottles. Only plastic and cans are allowed because broken glass can be dangerous in the water.

Electronics are also a nono, my friend broke his phone

      because water splashed onto it.

If you can’t swim, they provide you with life jackets to prevent you from drowning. All in all, guadalupe river is a great place to go to if you are in Texas and near San Antonio, Austin, and Houston.
