  • Sydney Opera House is of course located in New South Wales, Sydney Australia and it is a very interesting place to be at
  • There are 2 main features in this and my personal favorite would definitely be the Concert Hall since it is where the most spectacular performance are held and the space is enormous
  • The better seats cost up to $100 and more since the stage is very small
  • My boyfriend said that it is worth to splurge a hundred over dollars to experience the first and who knows perhaps the last of opera in our lifetime in this place and so, we went all out for the tickets
  • It was kind of kiddily funny and we got the best seats and certainly did not regret booking expensive tickets

Sydney Opera House is of course located in New South Wales, Sydney Australia and it is a very interesting place to be at. There are 2 main features in this and my personal favorite would definitely be the Concert Hall since it is where the most spectacular performance are held and the space is enormous.

However, when I was there I did not manage to get a booking seat for the Concert Hall and I just settled for the Opera Theater which is disappointly small. I was with my boyfriend when I visited the Sydney Opera House and let me be frank with you and say that I am not an opeara fan at all. But there is something magical about being in this Opera House

that makes you wanting to catch a live action opera and that was what we did. We knew that there would be lots of people and so, we purchased tickets like 3 days in advance before the actual performance. The better seats cost up to $100 and more since the stage is very small. My boyfriend said that it is worth to splurge a hundred over dollars to experience the first and who knows perhaps the last of opera in our lifetime in this place and so, we went all out for the tickets. It was kind of kiddily funny and we got the best seats and certainly did not regret booking expensive tickets. We watch this show called “Rigolette or Rigoletto”; something like that.

      • And the sittings were almost on a full house.

When the show had ended, we exited the Opera Theater and found ourselves surrounded by really spectacular views of the harbour and the city center. There were also nice views of the Harbour Bridge and it all lit up with lights and it looked very awesome. We also went for the outdoor cafes and watched some street performers. I told my boyfriend that I now know why people are addicted to operas. It is almost the same like watching a good movie if you choose the right opera show. I was so amazed at the number of visitors this Opera House could sit and my boyfriend said that he was definitely overwhelmed by the interests of perhaps

thousands of people every year. I told him that I saw some French people as well because of their language spoken and he said he saw some Asians. We felt that we could find almost any nationality there and it was like United Colors of Benetton which was great.

we walked along Circular Quay and talked about the characters that we had watched during the show just now and then we went silent. Then we laughed. I didn’t know that the feeling would be so nice and we were talking about the characters as though we had just catch a good movie performance. Only this was better, since the characters were live on stage and you are watching real lives being played away…
