Once in a while I enjoy a nice warm cup of chili; usually, I use canned chili, and one of the best brand out there is, in my opinion, Hormel. It is rich in flavor, mildly spicy (I don’t like

it when it’s too peppery), and filling.

Hormel sells two kinds of chili: with and without beans.

The one with beans has mostly beans in it and hardly any beef.

So, here is my trick: buy two cans, one of ...

      • each kind, open and mix them together.

That way you will have plenty of everything: beef, beans, and chili sauce.

Just heat the chili, either on a stove or in a microwave, and enjoy.

I usually crumble some crackers into

        the bowl as well.

I have also used the “No beans” version on hotdogs and burgers, having picked up the suggestion from the back of the can.

Both taste good, but I still prefer chili soup more than anything else.
