  • I remember how the battery would last an eternity, it didn't need to be recharged that frequently and it had an amazing little speaker for the time it came out
  • The phone worked great and was one of the most popular models of it's time, unfortunately though the only bad thing was that it maintained it's cost regardless of the fact that every month or so a new, better model would come out, which in the end it had pretty much the same functions and all that changed was the size, shape and sometimes backlight color

Do you remember what the very first black and white phones used to look like? I’m not talking about those ultra prehistoric ones but the ones from the initial nokia series. The Nokia 3360 was one of my first phones. It had basically no real functions, the only real thing you could do with it (and at the time i was really amazed) was to write your own midi ringtones. I still remember the first time I played snake or that space game or that memory style

game. I remember how the battery would last an eternity, it didn’t need to be recharged that frequently and it had an amazing little speaker for the time it came out.

      • changed was the size, shape and sometimes backlight color.

The fact that it ‘only’ costed about $100 at the time made it even a sweeter deal. The microphone worked great, the phone had a great sturdy case which protected it from shattering due to unwanted falls

(I remember that once it fell from my car while driving down the road (due to a distracted sibiling) and it only had a few scratches. The screen was also pretty sturdy and the phone itself was pretty protected. Once it fell

in the bathtub and after i took it apart to let it dry and put it together a few days later after t finished drying it still worked perfectly and it had a nice soapy scent to it.

The older models of cellphones had basically no extra functions but they were built to last. unlike todays modern phones. If you’re looking for a phone without too many functions and that will last quite a long while without having to invest a fortune then this is definetly the way to go.
