      creating a sensation on the audience by using long camera shots, the idea of the montage is to combine maybe ten or fifteen emotional images in a very short period of time,
      a matter of seconds. Pudovkin did this very brilliantly here, but I found the film to be a little bit too long. His Last days of Saint Petersburg is even more perfected than this.
