      The grated coconut chutney is very popular chutney in India. Which is used with the idly, dosa (Indian breakfasts) and also it can be a good combination with the bread, burgers

      and even with the pizzas.

      Ingredients:

      Grated coconut 2 cups, peanuts powder 1 cup, red chilly and the salt according to taste, coriander leaves, curry leaves, ginger grated � tea spoon, sugar 1 tea spoon.

      • of all grind the all above said ingredients mixing all of it well before grinding. The paste of this chutney must not be too soft. Don’t add much water while grinding
        this chutney, as it takes very less water. When it is done, add some seasing using some cooking oil and cumin seeds. The tasty and healthy chutney is ready to serve.
