      This recipe is very simple one. But it is healthy and tasty recipe. You need very few ingredients to make this recipe. Ingredients: 1. boiled rice: 2 cups 2.

      finely grated coconut: 1 cup 3. green


      chilli- 4 4. mustard - 1 tsp 5. ginger - 1/2 piece 6.

      garlic - few flakes 7. salt as per taste 8. urad dal- 1 tsp 9. cumin seeds- 1 tsp 10.

      ground nuts- 1/2 cup oil - 2 ...

        procedure: 1. Take pan and add oil. 2.

        fry ground nuts and keep them aside. 3. add mustard, cumin seeds, urad dal, chopped green chilly, ginger, garlic and salt. 4.

        fry all these ingredients throughly. 5. now

        add grated cocounts and mix well. 6.

        now add boiled rice and mix well. 7. finally add ground nuts and mix throughly. 8.

        serve hot with any curry.

        This is generally quick recipe. You can make it any time and can take it as breakfast or lunch or dinner. In india this recipe is also offered as prasadam to deities.
