This book is written by Sean Lang, and it is called British History for Dummies. I was quite surprised that this book is actually a bestseller.

There is actually an extended coverage of modern British history that you could find in this book.

In short, Britain\’s past has been brought right up to date.

I enjoy reading about the account of the people and events that have shaped Britain.

The Kings and Queens in Britain tend to confuse me always, and I am not sure which is which.

      • There is information on those as well, and is very useful should I want to have a 30 days UK touring someday.

Besides that, there are a lot of historical facts that you can find in this book, and it is written in a friendly and

        useful manner.

Even secret liaisons some kings and queens, tale of forbidden love and many more could be gotten in this book.

Humorously, after reading this book, I have never looked at Prince William the same again.

Oh, and that is supposed to be a joke.
