Sutton is a very straightforward and easy to read books especially for those stuck in
their career, feels uninspired by their jobs, and for managers to read through and churn out potential pests in their team.
This book targets audience involved in the office politics, especially, and the ‘pests’ have these set of criteria.
Like using sarcastic jokes, teasing, insult, rude, and love to self-test others to determine them as their type.
