  • Too bad I found most of the songs slow and embarrassingly easy
  • The storyline was cheesy with the whole dancing-to-somehow-solve-every-problem thing going on however I liked the Mario feel of it all and actually felt rather happy when I beat Bowser just like in the old days
  • There are enough interesting mini games, such as hitting Koopas with rocket fists and bopping goombas on the head with the use of the dance pad, to keep people occupied for a long time

At the time I only owned a Gamecube and wanted to loose weight and have fun at the same time like all the other Playstation and Xbox owners. As the only worthy beat rhythm game for the game cube, I have

to say that Nintendo did a good job in introducing Mario to Dance Dance Revolution. Too bad I found most of the songs slow and embarrassingly easy. I swear there was one song that had only ten arrows in it!

shouldn’t ignore Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix. There are enough interesting mini games, such as hitting Koopas with rocket fists and bopping goombas on the head with the use of the dance pad, to keep people occupied for a long time.
