Do you like those curly fries they serve at Arbie’s or Hardee’s? I do, and I have recently found a product that allows to make them at home. McCain Seasoned Oven Fries come in a 26 oz sealed bag.

      The frozen fries are

cut in spirals, with skin on, and are already seasoned.

All you need to do is cook them, which can be done in two ways: by deep frying or in an oven.

Directions for both are provided on the bag.

      I used the ...

      • oven method; it takes about 20 minutes (+ preheating).

The fries turned out very good: dark yellow, mildly salty and spicy.

I cooked the whole bag, which is a lot, probably enough for 4-5 people.

There were only two of us, so we

        had a lot left.

I put the leftovers in the fridge, and when I re-heated them on the next day, they still tasted good.

So now I don’t have to go to Arbie’s when I want curly fries, I can make them myself!
