Comes up with 3 flavors, Garlic Pork Tonkotsu, Beef Brisket and Hot and Spicy, this instant noodles is surely a treat for people who are always in a rush but wanted something filling to eat.

The bowl is quite wide compared to traditional Nissin cup noodles. It's more of a bowl than a cup. The label is pretty straightforward. Just seeing it will give you an idea that this Hot and Spicy noodles is not the same as the Korean Hot and Spicy flavored noodles (Jjampong) which smelled strongly of seafood. There's a stamp on the plastic packaging when it was manufactured and when it's going to expire so it's a plus.

The Nutrition Facts indicates everything that you need to know. The whole bowl is good for 2, and every serving is high on sodium. Well, almost all of our instant noodles in the market is high on sodium. I suggest tha you should take this in moderate. And be sure to drink a good amount of water once you've finished consuming this food. There was a good side though as this is zero in cholesterol.

Opening the lid, you'll find the dry noodles, and two packets. The one in foil is the seasoning and the one in clear packet is the dehydrated vegetables and meat. There is also a line inside which you'll fill with boiling water. This is no cook noodles so you don't need a pot and fire which is very convenient. Students who live in dorms will like this. Once you have your boiling water, you'll fill it up to the inside line which is also a plus since you don't need to measure the water anymore. Very easy.

I was right upon tasting the broth. It is very different from Jjampong. The taste is more of vegetable based but very spicy. The saltiness is just right. But the spiciness was too much as I was eating it. The roof of my mouth burns with every spoonful of the soup. But once you've finished everything, the heat subsides. There are small bits of meat along with the vegetables which I think is dehydrated chicken meat. The bits of mushrooms once rehydrated by the soup is really fun to chew.
I prefer putting the whole contents into a sturdy bowl once everything is softened because the paper bowl is not very sturdy. It softens a bit being soaked in hot water and if you'll eat it holding with only one hand and you're not using a table, it will be very difficult to take hold at.

If you love spicy noodles but doesn't like the fishy smell of Korean Jjampong, Nissin Souper Meal Instant Noodles is right for your taste. For only P29.50 (.60USD) a bowl which is already good for two, this is already very filling. You can eat it with steamed pork buns (Siopao) or soda crackers to lessen the saltiness in your palate or you can eat it straight up. Just be sure to drink lots of water after.
