  • This time however I decided to opt for their Coffee flavour to ring the changes
  • I think it's great though, so luxurious and warming - the perfect alcoholic drink for cold weather in my opinion, but just as nice in the summer with a few ice cubes dropped in
  • I love the creaminess of the drink and definitely think it's a decadent choice, I never lose interest in it and find it so delicious that I can easily drink much more than I should
  • Due to the fact that it's so heavy I do find it quite sickly sometimes (more so than the original Baileys) and this helps me to curb my drinking habits, I definitely find it pays to have something to eat before drinking Coffee Baileys as without food in your stomach you'll probably find yourself feeling sick very quickly
  • I bought it for Christmas but enjoyed that bottle so much that I've drunk nothing else since, the calorie content is worrying and not good for my healthy eating plan but moderation is key and a couple of glasses of Coffee Baileys helps me to wind down in the evening - and tastes wonderful

For Christmas this year my drink of choice was Baileys, as it is every year. This time however I decided to opt for their Coffee flavour to ring the changes. Baileys, for those of you who don’t know, is a cream liqueur which is usually drunk alone from a small glass. The coffee variety has an ABV of 17% and contains about a zillion calories.

It’s a pretty heavy drink, far too thick for my beer loving hubby who can’t stomach the consistency of any Baileys type drinks. I think it’s great though, so luxurious and warming - the perfect alcoholic drink for cold weather in my opinion, but just as nice in the

summer with a few ice cubes dropped in.

The coffee flavour is beautifully fresh and rich, making this a real treat for a coffee loving person such as myself. Baileys tastes of coffee anyway so I think they’ve done well to create a drink which is so different from their original offering - it’s an easy thing to describe as it simply tastes like a good quality coffee, sweetened slightly to enhance the creaminess of the drink. I could probably liken it to coffee flavoured ice cream, the rich coffee flavour which is stronger than I’d expect but oh-so moreish. The taste of the Baileys comes through well and this is mildly surprising as the

aroma and flavour of the added coffee is so strong; I’m confident in saying that anyone who doesn’t like coffee won’t like this version of Baileys as it’s such an accurate flavour, my hubby doesn’t drink coffee and he doesn’t even like the smell of this drink as it’s quite pungent after pouring.

I love the creaminess of the drink and definitely think it’s a decadent choice, I never lose interest in it and find it so delicious that I can easily drink much more than I should. Due to the fact that it’s so heavy I do find it quite sickly sometimes (more so than the original Baileys) and this helps me to curb my drinking ...

habits, I definitely find it pays to have something to eat before drinking Coffee Baileys as without food in your stomach you’ll probably find yourself feeling sick very quickly. If you DO end up drinking too much then I’ve got to say the hangover is horrendous - I don’t get a headache but my tummy feels ridiculously bloated and delicate the next day, it’s not a nice feeling and one I try to avoid if possible!

Baileys is made with whisky and this taste is definitely apparent in every mouthful, it’s a mellow whisky flavour but you can really taste the alcohol despite the relatively strong coffee flavouring. I like the sweetness in the aftertaste as

I take sugar in my coffee and this makes it feel even more authentic, the aftertaste lingers for quite a while but it doesn’t become sour as some creamy liqueurs do - if anything it gets sweeter for a while before disappearing entirely, and then you know it’s time for your next sip!

This definitely ranks as my favourite alcoholic drink at the moment. I bought it for Christmas but enjoyed that bottle so much that I’ve drunk nothing else since, the calorie content is worrying and not good for my healthy eating plan but moderation is key and a couple of glasses of Coffee Baileys helps me to wind down in the evening - and tastes wonderful!

Very nice kick to accompany coffee in the morning. My husband and I love and are actually very disappointed when faced with fact of being out of Bailey’s Cream. Chocolate Truffle Bar being my favorite my husband prefers Irish Cream I think because the the classic taste

I like Baileys coffee liquor. It is great as a night cap or as a special treat. I never thought of putting it in my coffee though. I will have to try it.

Enjoying the bottle is costly, as your health should be your first priority. Care fully check the nutritional information of each product before consumption, I don’t know your age, but coffee not to good for older persons as their body system responds to some body tissues

Definitely a winter drink for me. It’s so warming and just conjours up open fires, fairy lights and dark evenings spent under a blanket

It reminds me of a ice cream, eating in the sun. So lovely and tasty.

very pleasant to sip for its creaminess but generally I drink a little because it is a bit heavy. but this coffee is much less nauseating than the traditional one .. much better
