      Mushroom Manchurian is similar to the gobhi Manchurian. Note down the ingredients: 200 grams cleaned mushrooms, 15 garlic cloves chopped, ginger finely chopped, onion chopped for seasoning, coriander leaves chopped, corn flour 1 cup, Maida flour 1 cup, tomato sauce one bottle, Soya sauce

      3 table spoons, salt to taste, 1 cup of water.

      Oil to deep fry the mushrooms.

      Method: First of heat the oil and in the mean while make the batter, to prepare the batter, take the Maida and corn flour and mix well ...

      • add Soya sauce, 4 table spoons of tomato sauce and salt.

        Now mix it with the water to make thick dough.

        Now dip the mushrooms in the dough and deep fry them and keep them aside.

        In another frying pan, put some oil

        for seasoning and add the ginger and garlic chopped and also add the onion chopped.

        When it is fried enough add the deep fried mushrooms and mix it well and finally pour some tomato sauce and put off the flame.

        Serve it hot garnished with coriander leaves.
