  • While I am no longer a comic book reader I like seeing the movies that mirror the comics that I read as a kid
  • I was really excited about The Avengers because this was one of my favorite reads when I was younger and I was sure that given the type of movie this was the special effects would be great especially in 3-D so I paid the almost $15.00 for a ticket for me and a girlfriend to go see The Avengers in 3-D and I have to say that I enjoyed the movie
  • For example I was impressed with how the movie related the personal life of how Captain America has to relate to the world that he has missed 50 years of and also how the movie relates Br
  • I thought the story line was great and even when the audience was in the middle of personal struggles of the heroes we never forget how much of a threat Loki and the other villains are posing
  • I think this would be a fun movie to own and one that I will likely buy

Having grown up on comic books I was a excited about seeing the avengers. While I am no longer a comic book reader I like seeing the movies that mirror the comics that I read as a kid. I was really excited about The Avengers because this was one of my favorite reads when I was younger and I was sure that given the type of movie this was the special effects would be great especially in 3-D so I paid the almost $15.00 for a ticket for me and a girlfriend to

go see The Avengers in 3-D and I have to say that I enjoyed the movie.

One thing that I really liked about The Avengers over other films is that the mix between special effects and realism is balanced. I know that superheroes do not exist but I like the fact that Joss Whedon (the director) is that he was able to mix the two aspects together into a real feeling movie. I liked how the characters were developed with just the right mix of personal life, crime fighting and action.

      • For example I was impressed with how the movie related the personal life of how Captain America has to relate to the world that he has missed 50 years of and also how the movie relates Br. Banner’s struggle to control his crime-fighting alter ego the Hulk.

I thought the story line was great and even when the audience was in the middle of personal struggles of the heroes we never forget how much of a threat Loki and the other villains are posing. All together the cast worked well with each other and

are fun and believable to watch. While there were some heroes that got more screen time than most I think that the movie was a success. I really enjoyed seeing the special effects in 3-D and one movie that I came out of thankful that I paid the extra price for a 3-D ticket.

I give this movie a 10 out of 10 for good balance, a decent sotry line, and great speical effects especially in 3-D. I think this would be a fun movie to own and one that I will likely buy.
