  • Unfortunately I am not one of those people who love every inch of their bodies regardless of how many scars they have
  • A few months ago I decided that I would do whatever it took to feel pretty at the beach and the one of the first things that I tried was this product
  • I thought it was working because I noticed that the area where I applied it was softer and smoother than it had been but after three months there was no reduction in the size or colors of my scars and I developed an allergy to the product

Unfortunately I am not one of those people who love every inch of their bodies regardless of how many scars they have. I have tried to be and I wish that I could be but alas I hate the nasty scars on my legs and I hate even more how self-conscious and ugly they make me feel. The thing that makes me feel worse is that these scars are my own fault. I picked at cuts and scratched itchy bug bites until they bled and now I have to live with

the reminder that I messed myself up.

A few months ago I decided that I would do whatever it took to feel pretty at the beach and the one of the first things that I tried was this product. I got this product from my dermatologist as a last resort to laser therapy and collagen injections. I used the product for three months and did not have very good results. I thought it was working because I noticed that the area where I applied it was softer and smoother than it had been ...

      • but after three months there was no reduction in the size or colors of my scars and I developed an allergy to the product. I actually ran out the end of last month and I had developed a reddish rash all around my ankles where I had been applying the cream and I went back to the dermatologist who told me about the allergy and suggested that I commit to twelve (12) weekly laser scar removal sessions at one hundred dollars ($100.00) per session. I cannot afford this and needless to say
I am devastated at the prospect of spending the rest of my life afraid to walk around in shorts.

I cannot say that I would try this product again because I have an allergy to it. My dermatologist said that other patients of his had good luck with it so I guess that if you have your doctor’s approval you could try it and maybe it would work for you. I give this product a two of ten (2 of 10) because it did moisturize my skin a little.
