  • And therefore, have never really thought that it was the best idea to want to buy something to do with my skin from there unless it had a bigger name like Olay or Clean & Clear
  • It was amazing, so I thought that I should give the brand a go
  • I bought the Chocolate Strawberry Clay facial mask for extremely cheap, about $4 after tax, which is a steal considering you get a good size tube of it
  • However, I found out that if you just shake it, or even wash that amount off your hand and squeeze a new amount into your hand it is fine and back to normal, giving you the same result as when you first bought it
  • I like it a lot and look forward to my next bottle whether it be Chocolate and Strawberry or something more exotic

Freeman Beauty is a name that I always see at Wal-Mart. And therefore, have never really thought that it was the best idea to want to buy something to do with my skin from there unless it had a bigger name like Olay or Clean & Clear. Until I had a sleep over with a friend of mine and actually had the chance to try one of their products. She had a bubble gum peel off facial mask. It was amazing, so I thought that I should give the brand a go.

I bought the Chocolate Strawberry Clay facial mask for extremely cheap, about $4 after tax, which is a steal considering you get a good size tube of it. It has a weird smell, yet it’s yummy at the same time. It’s a chocolate brown colour, and is kind of annoying to wash off my hands. It really sticks to them, and is annoying if you have nails, since I have troubles washing it from under them. I layered it onto my face and waited 10 minutes or more for it to dry. Depending on the amount you put onto

your face, it makes your skin look strange. Like little circles over all your pores from it cleaning them out. It washes off a little roughly, having to scrub a bit like places on your neck which leaves your skin red. However, it does leave your skin really soft. Also, if you plan on reusing the washcloth after, it’s not the best idea because the clay mask sticks to it and can be hard to wash all of it off. So I advise using a full washcloth to wash the entire mask off or else you will just be spreading it around, not properly washing off the rest of the mask.

Regardless of how hard it might seem to come off your face, it leaves your pores clean and even makes them less visible. Your skin is left soft and smooth, which is nice when you’re trying to relax after a long week of school or work and tired of oily skin. If you don’t use it all after a few months, it seems to expire or something and have a brown liquid pool up and when you go to use ...

      • it, it squirts into your hand. Personally, I find it gross and don’t want to use it afterwards. However, I found out that if you just shake it, or even wash that amount off your hand and squeeze a new amount into your hand it is fine and back to normal, giving you the same result as when you first bought it.

It’s super cheap and still is a good product, which is good since people usually think the more expensive it is, the better the product is. However, the Chocolate Strawberry mask is the proof that that is a lie. A great thing about this product is that the quality doesn’t decrease with excessive use, and doesn’t dry out your skin, even if you’re using other products with it. I know some products do that especially if they’re not from the same brand, like different companies. It has a unique smell, and leaves your skin clean and clear like a clay mask should, as with any facial cleanser. I have gone on to buy other facial products from Freeman because they are surprisingly reliable and for only $4 too, which

        is a great bargain.

I don’t have bad acne, just blackheads, and it takes those away instantly. It doesn’t last long, for I would have to use it every day or every other day. Yet it’s still nice after a stressful day, relaxing. I wouldn’t use it to try and get rid of acne but more to clean the face of oil and residue. However, if you team it up with other cleaners and exfoliators, then it would help fight acne a lot better than the mask on its own. I wouldn’t use it to get rid of it alone though, because if anything, it would take a really long time for it to work like you want it to.

Regardless of what you’re using it for, acne or a stress reliever, it’s worth the $4 because it does clean your pores, maybe not as deeply as something else, but it does work. It has a nice smell, and comes in different scents if Chocolate and Strawberries aren’t your cup of tea. I like it a lot and look forward to my next bottle whether it be Chocolate and Strawberry or something more exotic.
