I have had to call them a lot recently in regards to my former cellular phone as I have recently left the T-Mobile company and am currently looking for another cellphone provider. Their customer service representatives have been for a large part widely unhelpful and some of them are even rather rude. While they say they record conversations, if you do not personally record them yourself you will be the one getting the raw end of the deal. I had been with T-Mobile for a couple years and before talk
of a possible merger with AT&T, they had decent enough customer service. The last call I placed just this past week was absolutely terrible and solidified my decision to leave the company.
