  • I bought a bottle of the Thompson C 1000 mg Supplement to help get some vitamin C into my daily diet, but I have to say I am very disappointed in this supplement
  • However, after about a week of chewing these supplements down I decided these tablets were not worth taking because they were harsh on my teeth and too hard to take so I ended up tossing out the bottle, which I know is a complete waste of money
  • I would not recommend this vitamin C supplement to anyone to get or take because if you try swallowing them down you might choke, and chewing them like I did could damage your teeth as well

I bought a bottle of the Thompson C 1000 mg Supplement to help get some vitamin C into my daily diet, but I have to say I am very disappointed in this supplement. The reason I am disappointed is because the size of the tablets inside the supplement bottle where huge and way too big for me to swallow so I had to try and chew the tablets up which was hard to do. The tablets are very hard and have

the most horrible sour chalky taste to them that lingers in the mouth for hours. I hate it.

However, the reason I picked up this supplement was because it contains 1000 mg of vitamin C in it and rosehip and knew it would be just what my diet needed. Once I got the tablet chewed up and finally into my body it did help give me some energy and helped prevent my cold from getting worse by boosting my immune system ...

      • with vitamin C, which was helpful. However, after about a week of chewing these supplements down I decided these tablets were not worth taking because they were harsh on my teeth and too hard to take so I ended up tossing out the bottle, which I know is a complete waste of money. The good news is this supplement was only a few dollars so I guess its true when they say you get what you pay for.

        I would not

recommend this vitamin C supplement to anyone to get or take because if you try swallowing them down you might choke, and chewing them like I did could damage your teeth as well. I will not be getting this supplement ever again even though they did help me fight my cold off. I feel there are better vitamin C products on the market that are easier to take and work just as well. I honestly just had high hopes for this vitamin C supplement.
