  • The Ross store on Rosedale in Bakersfield is definitely cleaner and bigger than the one on Ming
  • They have things like bedsheets, shoes, clothes, decorations, under garments, etc. I think the best discounts are on the decorations pieces and home items
  • Most of the things i bought from there were fine quality
  • The negative of this store and most Ross stores is the cleanliness issue

The Ross store on Rosedale in Bakersfield is definitely cleaner and bigger than the one on Ming. I used to love this store before i met Forever 21. The prices here are pretty good and i though unbeatable until i saw Forever 21. I mainly shopped for clothes, but they have basically everything. I got some really good deals on bathroom items like mats and soap dispensers. I got a very pretty soap dispenser for only 3 dollars. It had fancy glass and

pearl decorations. They have things like bedsheets, shoes, clothes, decorations, under garments, etc. I think the best discounts are on the decorations pieces and home items.

Most of the things i bought from there were fine quality. The clothes lasted just as long as another store would and the shoes as well. Just be sure to wash the things very well before wearing because you never know who tried them on. The bathroom soap dispensers did stop working after a while but i ...

      • wouldnt say its because i got them from Ross.

The negative of this store and most Ross stores is the cleanliness issue. A lot of times the shoes seem worn, the clothes are found on the floor, and the frames have smudges. Things are also not organized well. You can find kitchen stuff in the bed sheet section and shoes in the decoration section. They also dont have a very big selection on clothing items. The clothes they have are often outdated.

        If

im shopping for clothes, id rather go somewhere classier, but for home things, i can get some really good deals here. They also have some “as seen on tv” things and things for phones and ipods like cases and earphones. The service there is not the best. They usually have one person working at the cash register with a huge line ahead of them, and usually that person is very slow. For a discount store, i would prefer Tj Maxx or Marshalls.
