  • Most recently, I’ve discovered that the “Lasco Mackerel Chunky in Tomato Sauce” is one of the brands of tin mackerel that I prefer more than the others too
  • Back then, I thought the texture of the tinned mackerel was a little harder and drier, the amount of mackerel in the tin was little and the tomato sauce didn’t taste great at all
  • However, when I tasted it again more recently, I noticed that not only was there more mackerel in the tin than I remembered, but it was moist and bordering on delicious even though I’m not a fan of fish
  • I find this interesting since I think that the taste and quality of “Grace Mackerel in Tomato Sauce” has deteriorated over the years and Lasco now tastes like one of the best
  • I recommend this brand of mackerel in tomato sauce because not only is it economical but it has a superior taste

While I’m not a huge lover of tinned foods, especially tin fish, I don’t mind the occasional tin mackerel especially if it’s prepared properly and it has a particular texture. Most recently, I’ve discovered that the “Lasco Mackerel Chunky in Tomato Sauce” is one of the brands of tin mackerel that I prefer more than the others too.

The funny thing about that is I never used to like Lasco Mackerel especially when it just came out. Back then, I

      • tomato sauce because while I used to have to add seasoning to it to make it taste a bit better, this time I prefer just heating it and the mackerel up straight out of the tin.

Also, the last time I looked on the price of the Lasco brand of tinned mackerel, it was one of the cheapest, with brands such as Grace topping the scale. I find this interesting since I think that the taste and quality of “Grace

Mackerel in Tomato Sauce” has deteriorated over the years and Lasco now tastes like one of the best. Even Brunswick doesn’ t taste half as good as it.

Another thing that I like about “Lasco Mackerel in Tomato Sauce” is that it stretches. By that I mean one of the larger tins served comfortably for dinner for four people.

I recommend this brand of mackerel in tomato sauce because not only is it economical but it has a superior taste.
