Mater -one of the most popular characters for kids’- is now a laptop for young children! It is a Cars 2 Laptop, which is the most popular movie for toddlers and preschoolers right now, which makes it easier to get your child to want a learning toy. Not only is it a learning toy for young children but it is shaped like Mater and has his voice, and his mouth even moves when he talks too.

It totally captures my sons attention for the moment it is turned on.

It says it is for ages 3 years and up, but my almost 2 year old loves it and uses it all the time.

When we first brought it home and gave it to him, he was totally engrossed in it for a few hours, trying to figure out what all the buttons did.

The laptop calls everything a “spy mission” and Mater ...

      • is always asking “for your help,” which makes my son so happy to hear.

It teaches things like numbers, colors, shapes and other simple exercises, and best of all because it is Mater, who is the “slow” character; he says everything slow enough for younger kids to follow along.

It is an awesome starter laptop.

I think that all of the other laptops move along too quickly, this one is just the right pace for my little

        guy.

If you have kids who are just starting to take interest in learning this definitely is a great starting point, kids can learn while they are having fun.

It is cute, functional, fun, and best of all it is reasonably priced at only $20 at Toys ‘R Us, while all the other characters, even McQueen, are $30.

It is also very durable, he has truly put it through the toddler gauntlet, and it has more than survived.
