  • I wasn't aware of the year of the model until AFTER purchase (not a smart move, I know)
  • It's very user friendly and even though the technical support I had contacted when I had a little problem with the sound wasn't all-too-friendly, they did help me out the best they could
  • I haven't had a single problem in that category

For the past two months I’ve been using the Acer Aspire 3000. Acer Aspire is a lesser known company, but they’re very similar to HP and are Windows OS compatible. The appearance is attractive enough. It looks very similar to my last laptop. The previous model I owned was an HP, year 2000. An old thing. This particular model is technically considered a notebook, or so I have read, and it runs well. It seems more rustic; like it can last

      through the test of time.

As little as I knew about the model, the price surprised me. I wasn’t aware of the year of the model until AFTER purchase (not a smart move, I know). This may not have affected my choice, though. It’s very user friendly and even though the technical support I had contacted when I had a little problem with the sound wasn’t all-too-friendly, they did help me out the best they could…considering the warranty had already expired.

      I would ...

      • describe it as long-lasting and reliable for a few reasons. One; the space. I’m currently only taking up 10.9 gigabytes worth of space of the available 55.9 gigabytes…and I have quite a bit of documents and programs already downloaded. The second reason would be that the reason my last HP model did not last long is because of the messed up condition it ended up in from worms, spyware, viruses…this one; I haven’t had a single problem in that category. The
speed is also very nice. It’s very user friendly, can keep up with my WiFi speeds, it isn’t very heavy despite it not being a “thin” or “mini” model.

I can confidently say that thus far this is the best laptop/notebook I have ever purchased. The price was great, despite it being used, for the condition it was in. I’ve paid a measly $150.00 for a good deal. It’s decent when it comes to gaming and the download speed is something to admire.
