I bought a container of Vigo Italian Style Bread Crumbs with Imported Romano Cheese from my local grocery store, because I wanted to use them to make a meatloaf. The meatloaf turned out great, but I had a lot of extra bread crumbs, and I wasn’t sure what to do with them. The back of the container had what appeared to be an easy recipe for Italian Style Meat Balls. As a matter of fact, it was the simplest meatball recipe I’ve found, so I decided to try
them. I thought it would be a good basic recipe to use to make meatball subs for dinner.
Here is the ingredient list:
3/4 pound of ground beef
3/4 pound of ground pork
1 cup of Vigo Italian Style Seasoned Bread Crumbs
2 eggs
To make the meatballs, simply combine the ground beef, pork, bread crumbs and eggs together and mix well. Then mold into meatballs and fry in Vigo Pure Olive Oil until the meat is thoroughly cooked.
