      Women’s wrestling is once again becoming a popular form of entertainment but very few of today’s fans understand the history behind it. The documentary Lipstick & Dynamite tries to fill

      people in on that. Overall, it’s a good film filled with plenty of interviews with some of the former female stars of the 40s and 50s and, rather than reciting a script, it gives the women the opportunity to tell their stories themselves. If there’s anything I didn’t like about it is I felt a bit like it was disorganized ...

      and I was watching a high school production. The camera work was a bit shaky and some of the women being interviewed (most of them in their 70s or 80s)
      didn’t seem to know they were on camera. I think it was a good attempt but it was very poorly executed; something that took away from the overall quality of the production.
