Everyone loves to hear their favorite music, movies, or games in super fidelity sound. One of the best ways to get this super fidelity sound is through the use of studio monitors. Studio monitors are specially designed speakers made for producers and artists looking to hear their music in flat, high quality sound; just the way their music was meant to be heard.

M-Audio, the maker of these monitors, is a reputable brand in the studio monitor industry that caters primarily to producers and artists. The M-Audio Studio Monitors

are very nice pieces of sound equipment.

As soon as I opened the box i realized that they were built with solid quality, especially for the price. They have a 4 inch woofer and a 1 inch tweeter, which produce good sound quality.

These monitors were very easy to set up just plug and go. They come with cables that plug directly into the 1/8 inch port on your computer.

They are quite large for computer speakers but their heft is worth it for the sound quality that ...

      • they deliver. The sound quality is quite nice but not without flaw; the midrange is excellent with many subtleties.

The high range produced by the tweeter is in high detail, yet slightly underpowered. And finally, the bass is solid, but you need something bigger to get floor shaking bass if that is what you are looking for.

I have listened to many genres including hip-hop, R&B, rock, alternative, and classical on these monitors, they all sound very nice and detailed. These monitors produce such high detail that if

your music is not encoded with high quality, you will notice defects in the sound.

But for high quality recordings they are excellent. The only major con I have found is a low volume hum that they emit, but it is not noticeable if more than 2 feet away or if music is playing.

They are a bit light on features, so, if you are a real stickler, you may find yourself wanting to upgrade soon. These are a good set of starter studio monitors for a very good price.
