  • I love that this is a fragrance that doubles as a moisturizer
  • I will definitely continue to keep purchasing these products though I hope that in the future they reformulate them so that the fragrance lasts a bit logner than it currently does

I recently purchased the Victoria’s Secret Beauty Rush Body Double Mist. They retail for twelve dollars and they can be bought from the store or online. They are always on sale where you can get three bottles for twenty five dollars. They have some limited edition versions of the mist like Passionfruit Pop which has now been discontinued. That is the flavor that initially got me hooked on the Victoria’s Secret Beauty Rush Body Double Mist line. A friend of mine owns the Passionfruit Pop and I smelled it and knew that I had to purchase the product. That product has since been discontinued so I had to choose a different variety. I eventually settled on the Candy Baby version of the Victoria’s Secret

Beauty Rush Body Double Mist. It has a very sweet smell as you would expect. It actually smells quite close to cotton candy but not in a tacky, overwhelmingly sweet sort of way. The scent isn’t too overpowering which is good for me because scents that are too strong tend to give me headaches. It basically leaves me smelling very sweet before I walk out of the door each morning.

There are two layers in the product which is why it’s called a dual phase product. There is a more oily layer and another layer. You mix the two layers together and that is the finished product that you apply via spraying. One layer is a skin conditioning/softening layer. The other layer is the fragrance.

      • When mixed, you get a scented spray-on moisturizer of sorts. You just shake it up a little bit prior to spraying it. I love that this is a fragrance that doubles as a moisturizer. It is easy and fast to apply. The scents aren’t as long lasting as I would like. Within a few hours, I can no longer spray it anymore. Due to the fact that the container isn’t small enough to really be that portable, I can’t really reapply. However, even though the fragrance does not last that long, the moisture lasts pretty much all day long. I can apply this after a shower and not have to go through the process of putting on lotion because this provides the moisture and
the fragrance all in one. This greatly cuts down on my morning beauty routine and helps me get out of the door a lot quicker.

Overall, I have to give the Victoria’s Secret Beauty Rush Body Double Mist a rating of a 7 out of 10. I wish the fragrance were a lot more long lasting but I love the moisture this product gives and the fact that it is basically two products in one. I am basically getting a lotion and a fragrance in one big container for only twelve dollars. The value really can’t be beat! I will definitely continue to keep purchasing these products though I hope that in the future they reformulate them so that the fragrance lasts a bit logner than it currently does.
