  • In my experience, however, all of these have proven to be completely false
  • Bank of America is by far the best banking service that I have ever received, and I have switched banks several times, tried Chase, Apple, HSBC, and Citibank
  • Usually this is a feature reserved only for student banking, however, once I had outgrown that particular bank account I was happy to know I could still get the same service without any fees
  • Bank of America knows how to make their branches interesting and appealing

I have heard many different horror stories about Bank of America. They are not consistent in their service, they do not contact you about important information or questions they may have, they have poor service. In my experience, however, all of these have proven to be completely false. Bank of America is by far the best banking service that I have ever received, and I have switched banks several times, tried Chase, Apple, HSBC, and Citibank.

First of all, every single Bank of America location that I have visited has had exemplary customer service. I have never experienced any rudeness or even shortness from one of their representatives, only friendly, quick, and efficient service. When I needed checks sooner than the

overnight service could provide to get direct deposit at my job, an associate informed me of a special form that they were able to provide immediately. In another instance, when the ATM informed me that I put in less than what I knew I had deposited, Bank of America was quick to file a claim and get me my money as soon as possible, with very little hassle and all the necessary apologies. In a similar situation Citibank made me go through a tedious process that held up the small amount of money for over a month.

Furthermore, I am a big fan of the services provided by Bank of America. Unlike many other banks, they have several options for free ...

      • banking with no hidden fees. Usually this is a feature reserved only for student banking, however, once I had outgrown that particular bank account I was happy to know I could still get the same service without any fees. The keep the change feature is amazing! It has been very pleasant to see my savings account grow, even by a few dollars, without me doing anything. In your first couple of months of use, Bank of America even doubles your contribution to savings through Keep the Change, which is a nice little perk. Personally, I saved over twenty dollars that way, and walked away with sixty in my bank account, not too shabby! Their online banking is clean and easy to
navigate. Unlike some other banks, you are able to find all the information you need, including your account and routings numbers at your disposal, whereas others make you go through tedious phone calls and long waits.

Finally, this may not be a great reason to like a bank, but I can be materialistic; Bank of America knows how to make their branches interesting and appealing. Their main tower branch has such cool features as touch screen tables and computers which allow you to access your account without going up to the teller. Their lighting and design is always very futuristic and fun to visit. This is a very accessible, friendly bank that will provide you with all the services you are looking for.
