I just invented this new wrap sandwich to help my energy levels out. And I am so happy with the even energy this wrap gives me, I had to share it!

      Ingredients:

1 can of Pink Salmon, drained A good handful of fresh spinach leaves, chopped 2 to 3 TBS of your favorite mayonnaise 4 to 5 squirts of lemon juice 1 half cup of smoked almonds, chopped 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, sliced A

couple dashes of red pepper flakes Sprinkle of salt Wheat Flour Tortillas 1 half cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese

First, add the can of drained salmon into a medium sized bowl and then add the mayonnaise, red pepper flakes or a couple squirts of hot sauce, and salt and then stir together making sure to leave some of the salmon is bit size chunks. Next I add the smoked salmon, garlic slices, and lemon juice ...

      • and gently stir again. Now, for the tricky part, I fold in the chopped spinach right into the salmon mix nice and gently so I don’t bruise the delicate leaves. And then take a good sandwich sized amount of the mixture and place right in the middle of a tortilla, sprinkle with cheese and fold the bottom of the tortilla first and then the sides making a cute little pocket. And now just enjoy!
Sometimes I like to toast two pieces of bread and then add the mixture with a slice of fresh tomato on the top and sprinkle the cheese on top. Either way this sandwich is just awesome to give you a healthy, very tasty lunch designed to make you feel better and give lots of energy.

Fresh garlic has natural anti-biotic properties and is great for digestion, spinach and almonds gives you plenty of iron and roughage, lemon juices give this sandwich vitamin C and extra Zing.
