  • Unfortunately for the trio the worker gets called away urgently and they get stuck on the ski lift, high above the ground, with a week to go before the resort reopens
  • Being a seasoned movie watcher, I am usually wise to the twists and turns of mosts film plots way before the begin to grow visible, and yet for the majority of this film I was unsure of what to expect, which is really the best way to enjoy a movie such as this

Frozen is an excellent movie to watch if you have some time to kill and want it to fly by unnoticed. This is a great thriller that involves you and captures your imagination almost from the start. Being a very independent film, this is not a movie that boasts a great cast or a high budget, however it seems that they did not need it in order to put on a good show. The premise is intriguing, three friends wanting to make their

beginning of the movie I had a feeling that I was watching a bunch of college students pretending they were in a movie, reading some cue cards to make a couple of bucks. For all I know this could have been the case, since the cast is made up of absolute unknowns. However, these unknowns ended up surprising me by doing an excellent job as the movie went on. True there was still a smack of the drama club inexperience throughout, but
their reactions to the horrible events occurring all around them and to them were spot on and certain conversations actually had the potential of being truly touching. It seemed that the actors had succeeded in tricking themselves into believing their situation was plausible, and therefore were able to be convincing.

This is a rather short movie, clocking in at only about one hour and thirty minutes, but it was jam packed with action and adventure and did not bore me for even a minute.
