I don’t know how O’Charley’s can afford to charge only $7. 49 for such a hearty sandwich. Not only is this meat sandwich hearty and soul-satisfying, but it’s jam-packed with flavor and deliciousness.

First of all, the prime rib is pretty tender; it’s not at all tough or over-cooked. The meat is nicely seasoned with flavors that are more than just salt and pepper, and you get plenty of it in the sandwich; there is no skimping of meat here.

      There are also two

different kinds of cheeses, cheddar and Monterey jack, and you get a generous helping of both cheeses that is properly melted in the sandwich. Like any philly sandwich, it also has sautéed bell peppers and onions.

Just like the meat and cheese, they don’t skimp on the sautéed vegetables. In fact, they give you such a generous amount that some of it can’t help but fall out of the sandwich.

The sandwich, in its entirety, is fulfilling, delicious and very economical. It ...

      • also comes with French fries that are in between shoestring and steak fries.

It said in the item description that it’s supposed to be seasoned fries. However, the fries I got were only seasoned with salt, not that I’m complaining; they were still delicious.

What I really appreciated about the French fries is that it tasted like it was just freshly fried. It didn’t taste stale and the texture wasn’t limp, which is the kind of fries you would get if it had

        been sitting around.

These fries were far from that – they were crispy, hearty, and piping hot.

Overall, I was supremely satisfied with this sandwich.

There was no skimping of ingredients in the sandwich and everything was well-seasoned and delicious. The fries were crispy and freshly fried and just properly salted.

What I love most about this sandwich is the price. This hearty dish is the cheapest item on the O’Charley’s menu – only $7.

        49. It’s definitely worth every penny of it.
