      My body metabolism is so great that I do not benefit from any of the vitamins I should gain from real food. Thus I had to rely on popping multi vitamin, multi fiber and multi mineral three times a day after each meal. I finally gain 22 pounds however sadly they were all saturated on my stomach, thigh and my arms. As desperate as I was to gain weight, I became really distressed to remove the tire ring I have on my stomach and my thigh. I can not fit in to my jeans and most of my tops I had to give a face-lift to my wardrobe. I have been purchasing a great amount of work out videos that I came across hoping to tone down my stomach ring and my thigh. Leslie Sansone’s Walk Away the Pounds was one of

      the first works out video I bought. I enjoy the work out program from Leslie Sansone’s video so much I recommend them to my friends who wanted to lose some weight from the comfort of their own home.

      I am very conscious of how I look like after I exercise and I sometimes would not push myself to the limit as I am afraid I would sweat too much and risk looking ugly. Well who looks good when they exercise anyway? However I was really self conscious of my body image at that moment especially since I have never gain weight to the point that I am called fat in my entire life. This work out video is so simple and easy to follow it gets me going on my quest to slim down.

They are really great and reminded me of my younger days training Tae Kwon Do with an instructor. This video is great for beginners as they are fun and with a mixture of walking and kickboxing sets, I get a little cardio benefit as well. I love that I am able to follow all the moves in this work out video as they are enjoyable to do and not at all stern and demanding like some of the work out video I own. They would scream instruction and demand me to push myself further however with Leslie Sansone’s Walk Away the Pounds, I find myself very please with the
        whole experienced.

        The video would display moves sets from walking to punching, kicking, squats and the rotation makes it fun to follow and my heart beat also rises from doing it. I would sweat non stop by the time I am midway through the video. I love the inspirational and encouraging words I get from Leslie. It keeps me motivated and I keep on going. I also adore how Leslie would tell me where I am throughout the work out; Leslie will update me on how I am progressing that I have hit the first miles, 1.5 miles and so forth. It makes me feel that I want to push myself further. I sometimes take the work out to the next level by carrying weight with me when I do them. I managed to lose some weight and stay fit with this work out video.
