The Millville Shredded Wheat Bite Size Whole Grain Wheat Cereal comes in a sixteen point four box for one dollar and eighty-nine cents. This is pure shredded wheat cereal as there is no frosted side. As one can imagine, the cereal doesn’t taste like much of anything. It’s definitely not a good snacking cereal in my opinion. The cereal tastes better in milk, with some sugar added and some fruit, like cut up strawberries or blueberries. Then, I can look forward to a bowl of this cereal in

      the morning.

This cereal does have two very positive qualities working in its favor. For one thing, it’s one of the most filling cereals I’ve ever had. The small, shredded wheat pieces add up and after I finish a bowl, I feel very full. The shredded wheat is heavy and holds me over until lunchtime arrives without fail. The second thing is this cereal is a terrific source of fiber, more so than most cereals on the market. If you’re looking for a cereal that’s loaded with fiber, then ...

      • this is a cereal you may want to look into buying. Again, it’s not the tastiest cereal out there, and really it’s pretty bland unless you add sugar or fruit to it, but this cereal certainly has its positives.

The one box of the Millville Shredded Wheat Bite Size Whole Grain Wheat Cereal that I tried was full of fresh, crunchy cereal. It’s about as plain and unsweet of a cereal that can be bought, but that doesn’t mean you need to eat it that way. Try adding fresh,

cut up fruit to a bowl of this cereal, and that not only will make it more palatable, but more nutritious, too. If you’re one that doesn’t fill up easily, try having a bowl of this cereal in the morning, and see if you still feel hungry after breakfast! I’m not going to knock the cereal for its blandness because it’s supposed to be bland. Since it’s a filling, healthy cereal that retails at an attractive price for a decent-sized box, I’m going to rate this cereal a “9″.
