I confess that I have not eaten these cookies in years. But I remember when a friend offered one to me many years ago, and they were delicious! This is an oblong cookie that is in the form of a sandwich. (Think of an Oreo cookie.) In between the two oval cookies, there is a thin layer of chocolate and a thin layer of mint. When you bite into this cookie, it is crispy and you get a light and tasty combination

One great thing about this cookie is that, overall, it is very light. The mint inside is not thick and gooey, and neither is the chocolate. That makes me feel less guilty about eating this as a dessert. You get a minimal amount of chocolate in this cookie, but it is just enough to satisfy the craving for something sweet.
