  • It would be nice and more convenient if the grape jam came in a squeezable bottle, like some grape jams and jellies do now, as it can be a bit of a challenge getting the grape jam out once I get close to the bottom of the jar
  • It comes in a traditional jar rather than a squeezable bottle, which makes getting the grape jam out a tad difficult at times, but the squeezable bottles cost more money, and for the added convenience, it's not quite worth it
  • I consider this to be a pretty good grape jam that's deserving of an 8 rating

Bama Grape Jam is one of the cheapest grape jams I’ve come across. A thirty-two ounce jar of the grape jam costs me under one dollar and seventy cents. It’s a very low priced grape jam and it’s also a fairly tasty grape jam for that amount of money. I find the grape jam to be more than satisfactory and that’s why I buy it instead of the more expensive Smucker’s. The grape jam is even less costly compared with the store brand grape jams, which was surprising at first,

      but most certainly welcomed.

Bama Grape Jam is sweet and sticky like most other grape jams. The added sugar makes this grape jam taste sweeter than the more natural-tasting, no sugar added grape jams. If you’re someone that’s used to or prefers a grape jam that captures the more true to nature flavor of grapes, then this grape jam likely won’t impress you. The flavor of grapes is still present in the grape jam, but in addition to the grape flavor, there’s some sugary sweetness as well. I don’t mind it,

      • but that’s me. The grape jam is, not surprisingly, a tad lumpy when I put it on my toast or bagel, but it’s not difficult to smooth the grape jam out with a knife. It would be nice and more convenient if the grape jam came in a squeezable bottle, like some grape jams and jellies do now, as it can be a bit of a challenge getting the grape jam out once I get close to the bottom of the jar.

Bama Grape Jam is a great value grape jam

if one doesn’t mind some added sweetness in addition to the pleasant grape flavoring. It retails for a lot less than the more well known brands and sells for less than the store brands. It comes in a traditional jar rather than a squeezable bottle, which makes getting the grape jam out a tad difficult at times, but the squeezable bottles cost more money, and for the added convenience, it’s not quite worth it. I consider this to be a pretty good grape jam that’s deserving of an “8″ rating.
