      1. Sliced bread 1 packet.

      2. Potato 3 3. Onion- 2 4. Turmeric powder- ½ tsp 5. Chilly powder 1 tsp 6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp 7. Curry leaves a few

      9. coriander leaves a few


      1. Boil and peel potato and keep them aside.

      2. Take pan and add oil 3. Add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and curry leaves. And fry well.

      4. Now add mashed potato and mix well.

      • 5. Add salt, chilly powder and turmeric powder and sauté well.

        6. Let it fry for 5 minutes.

        7. Add coriander leaves and remove from flame.

        8. Now take one bread piece and remove edges.

        9. Add little water to this bread piece and make fine


        10. Now spread this dough like roti and place small portion of potato curry in the center and cover the edges and make it like a ball.

        11. Make sure that the curry is encapsulated properly.

        12. Now deep fry this ball till it turns to golden brown.

        13. Continue with the remaining bread pieces and curry till the curry is finished.

        14. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
