  • The GKI Bethlehem Lighting Pre-Lit Indoor Outdoor Christmas Wreath With Seventy Red Color Lights cost me thirty dollars when I ordered one a year ago and for the most part, I feel it was thirty dollars that was wasted
  • Although the Christmas wreath appeared attractively designed in the picture, once I removed it from the packaging and plugged it in, I was extremely disappointed with the lights
  • This obviously wouldn't be a serious problem at nighttime if I had put the Christmas wreath on the front door because the darkness would partially conceal these empty patches, but I didn't even want to use this Christmas wreath at night, either, because I didn't like how it looked when lit
  • This was one of my least favorite Christmas decorations that I bought in a long time because of its flaws and poor craftsmanship
  • This Christmas wreath had the potential to be just as attractive, but too many mistakes were made when this Christmas wreath was designed and thus it ended up being a rather poor Christmas decoration in my opinion

The GKI Bethlehem Lighting Pre-Lit Indoor Outdoor Christmas Wreath With Seventy Red Color Lights cost me thirty dollars when I ordered one a year ago and for the most part, I feel it was thirty dollars that was wasted. Although the Christmas wreath appeared attractively designed in the picture, once I removed it from the packaging and plugged it in, I was extremely disappointed with the lights. There seemed to be no pattern in how the lights were set up along the surface of the wreath. Some of the lights appeared in big groups while other lights were all by their lonesome. It looked really sloppy and unprofessional. There was no way of adjusting the lights either so that they wouldn’t appear so bunched and scrunched together. It seems as if they just decided to place the lights in random spots in

random numbers and the result is a Christmas wreath that looks better off rather than on. Oddly enough, there were even a number of lights buried underneath the Christmas wreath, lights that were thus mostly obscured by the wreath itself. What was the purpose of placing lights where they really couldn’t be seen? I thought a Christmas wreath with seventy lights would be a real sight to see, but because of the messy and senseless light layout and the placing of lights underneath the surface of the Christmas wreath, what I thought this Christmas wreath would look like ended up being a very inaccurate and resulted in real disappointed.

In addition to my dislike toward the lights, I also found the quality of the Christmas wreath itself to be lacking. It didn’t look real full. There were small patches of emptiness that

couldn’t be covered even with gently pulling at the artificial leaves to try and reposition them. This obviously wouldn’t be a serious problem at nighttime if I had put the Christmas wreath on the front door because the darkness would partially conceal these empty patches, but I didn’t even want to use this Christmas wreath at night, either, because I didn’t like how it looked when lit. The red lights were vibrant and nice, sure, but as I already said, the clumsy, messy layout of the lights really just made the Christmas wreath look bad. During the daytime, the light made it easy to see the small spots where the Christmas wreath looked as if it had been gutted here and there. I didn’t have any desire to put this Christmas wreath up, in the house or outside of the house, and ...

I was very disappointed in the overall quality of this Christmas decoration from the GKI Bethlehem Lighting company. They usually make high quality and attractive Christmas decorations, but this time, they sure missed the mark in a big way. This was one of my least favorite Christmas decorations that I bought in a long time because of its flaws and poor craftsmanship.

The GKI Bethlehem Lighting Pre-Lit Indoor Outdoor Christmas Wreath With Seventy Red Color Lights also wasn’t battery-operated, so that was another area where I felt the Christmas decoration came up short. Having to run a cord from it to a power outlet especially when I was planning on hanging it outside wasn’t something I was looking forward to doing, although I was willing to put up with that minor inconvenience if the Christmas wreath dazzled me. It didn’t, however, and so,

I didn’t want to use it, especially since I had other nicer Christmas wreaths I could use. One of the most attractive Christmas wreaths that I own that lights up beautifully is the Brookstone 24″ Cordless LED Pre-Lit Christmas Wreath. This Christmas wreath had the potential to be just as attractive, but too many mistakes were made when this Christmas wreath was designed and thus it ended up being a rather poor Christmas decoration in my opinion. Between the messy and erratic layout of the lights and the small, empty holes here and there across the surface of this Christmas wreath, coupled with the fact that it’s not battery-powered and the lack of settings, like being able to set the lights to flash or remain constantly lit, all add up to a very disappointing purchase. Thus, I feel a “2″ rating is what this Christmas wreath deserves.
