      Ingredients:

      • Black-eye beans ½ cup • Onions-1 • Tomato 2 • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp • Clove


      2 • Cinnamon- 1 small stick • Ginger 1 tsp • Coriander leaves ½ cup • Curry leaves a few • Jeera 1 tsp • Mustard ½ tsp.

      • Black-eye bean curry
      per taste.

      Procedure: 1. soak black eye beans overnight 2. take pressure pan and add oil 3. add mustards, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, curry leaves,jeera,cloves,cinnamon and fry

      well.

      4. add chopped tomato,salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder 5. cover the dish till tomato becomes soft. Do not keep weight.

      6. now add soaked beans and coriander leaves and mix thoroughly 7. now add little water and keep the weight.

      8. wait for 4 to 5 whistles and stop the stove.

      9. serve with roti or chapathi.
