      This time,when you make some dish with bottle guards, don’t throw away the peels. Rather you can prepare a tasty chutney from it like this:

      /> Take frying pan and pour 2 teaspoons of oil and let it heat on medium flame .

      Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds ,2 teaspoon black gram(split),2-3 ...


      • red chilli,4 flakes of garlic and fry them .

        Add bottle guard peels and fry little more.

        Now take this entire content into mixer-grinder’s bowl and add

        small tamarind and salt and grind it.

        Add enough water to prepare the fine paste while grinding.

        Serve it with any hot snack .

        You can take it with plain rice too.

        Enjoy.
