      I can’t get enough of Selecta’s Chocolate Truffles. Over the years, Selecta never leveled down and became even better. Through the variety of flavors released, I can really say that they have the most sophisticated creators of flavors in the ice cream industry. One of my favorite ice cream variances of Selecta is this Chocolate Truffles. I do have a sweet tooth and ice cream was never an exemption for me. I don’t know for how long now it has been in the market, I just discovered it recently and it really appealed to me. As what the label said “a triple wonder

      of milk chocolate ice cream with luscious chocolate truffles and swirls of chocolate fudge”, it suggests that it’s not purely but majorly made of chocolate truffles with a touch milk chocolate and chocolate fudge. I’d been a fan of chocolates and for me; this ice cream is just awesome. It doesn’t taste too sweet even if it’s really and totally loaded with chocolates and the like.         On the other hand, included in the ingredients used are the following: water, chocolate truffles (which is also made from chocolate, cream, margarine, wheat flour, soya oil, eggs, cocoa powder, high fructose syrup, artificial food flavor, sodium benzoate, and potassium sorbate), refined sugar, chocolate ripple (water, cocoa powder, refined sugar, food stabilizers, artificial food flavor, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate),

        skimmed milk powder, palm oil, glucose, cocoa powder, buttermilk powder, whey powder, modified corn starch, food stabilizers and emulsifiers and lastly, artificial food flavor. There you go. It seemed like a long list. That’s why I love commercial ice creams. Instead of preparing all these ingredients, they can be bought in commercial stores, ready to be eaten. But I bet the cocoa ingredient added to the bittersweet taste and I can really say that this creation is really a gold one. Good for snack and leisure times. It could also be a good starting idea for a food business.

        Truly, it’s an indulgence at its finest.
