This exceptional, original spice blend is a marvelous mix of sugar, dextrose, extractives of cinnamon, cloves, annatto, lemon, orange, nutmeg, and caramel color. Now I do not want to daunt you, but although annatto is commonly used in food, it can cause allergic reactions to some sensitive people; however, it is an all natural food coloring.

Spicy blend is perfect to enlighten the atmosphere and rise the spirits in winter

dark and cold. Prepared as mulled wine with some orange peels and slices of orange, or in combination with variety of hot drinks makes a gorgeous treat and rounds off winter festivities to completeness.

I used to adore composing my own mulling spice blend, following different recipes but always including cinnamon sticks, small nutmeg, cloves, allspice and grated peel of orange. it in hot chocolate. With addition of Aspen Cider Spices, you can easily turn explicitly every drink into remarkable, invigorating and appetizing drink that suits every occasion all around the year.

On the top of everything, try this mouth-watering, spicy flavor sprinkled on pancakes, waffles, hot cereals and banana fritters, or simply dust the slice of buttered toast with it. Generously mixed into soft cream cheese, Aspen spices terrifically enrich

      the customary, everyday bagel spread.

At last, but not least, I forgot to mention boundless uses in baking; this savory, all-purpose powder turns the simplest cookies or pie into exquisite, raving specialty.

I always buy it in convenient, opportune pack of nine. At first, I was in doubt as the shelf life is two years only; but thanks to gay and frequent usage, I hardly find a spare pack to use as a present.
