  • These chewables come in a package and they cost around $20
  • It’s also harmless and dogs would very much like this approach because most dogs get traumatized by getting injections, and this one is a more fun and delicious way for them to get their “treats” and have them protected too
  • It is a very affordable price for only spending about $20 for six months, and it’s a very no-hassle way of getting your dog protected and most of all it’s very convenient because you just administer this at home and there are no more long lines at the veterinarian and the fear of catching other diseases from other dogs
  • I like this heartworm preventative chewables because they’re affordable, fast and easy to use, and very convenient

I use this heartworm preventative chewables for my English Bulldog and she’s about 49 pounds so I use this one as it’s good for dogs 26-50 pounds and my veterinarian has told me chewables are actually much better than the once-a-year heartworm prevention injections because every month the dog actually gets more protection rather than just by one injection a year. These chewables come in a package and they cost around $20; it has 6 chewables and in my case I give this once a month for my dog and since she’s 49 pounds I give her one whole table once a month and exactly the same date.

      The vet strongly urges

me to give this on exactly the same date as the effects can be diminished and there’s more risk if your dog doesn’t get this at exactly the same time every month, but maybe a leeway of 1-2 days is still safe. If ever you do forget to administer this on the same date and you only remembered let’s say 1 week after, let’s say it originally was to be taken on the 20th but since you forgot a week, then you’d administer it on the 27th, so the next month you now administer the next chewable on the 27th and not the 20th, that’s how this works. It’s very simple ...

      • and easy and my bulldog likes the flavor and she chews and eats it in less than 5 seconds and it’s gone. It’s also harmless and dogs would very much like this approach because most dogs get traumatized by getting injections, and this one is a more fun and delicious way for them to get their “treats” and have them protected too.

It is a very affordable price for only spending about $20 for six months, and it’s a very no-hassle way of getting your dog protected and most of all it’s very convenient because you just administer this at home and there are no more long lines at the veterinarian and

the fear of catching other diseases from other dogs. The box also has a great way of reminding you when to feed the chewables to your dogs as it has a sticker guide on the back of the package and you get to stick the heart-shaped stickers on the back and write the dates on the white black dog picture so it’s much easier to be reminded and to know the date. I like this heartworm preventative chewables because they’re affordable, fast and easy to use, and very convenient. This can be bought at any pet stores too and pet food shops, and I rate this a 10 out of 10.
