      Carrots 1 large onion 2 large tomatoes (or some ketchup, or tomato paste) Vegetable oil Salt

      Prepare the sauce. Peel and grate carrots, chop onion and tomatoes, and fry them in vegetable

      oil until soft.

      Add some salt as you cook.

      If you are using ketchup and not tomatoes, just add it to carrots & onion and stir in.
